Class Offense Definition

 

Trespass means entering or remaining unlawfully in or upon the premises of any school, as defined pursuant to §302A-501, Hawaii Revised Statutes, after reasonable warning or request to leave by school authorities or police officer.

 

Elements Checklist

 

  1. Entering OR remaining UNLAWFULLY in or upon the premises of any school, as defined by HRS §302A-501. AND

  2. After reasonable warning OR request to leave by school authorities OR police officer.
