On the Referral tab of a Student Profile, enter Requester Information:
Requester Name - The name of the person expressing concern for the student. Type in the name or click on the Import button to select a name from a school list or the student's personal Contact List.
Mailing Address - The requester's mailing address. This information will be automatically displayed if the information exists in the person's contact profile. Skip the City and State fields. They are automatically filled in after you enter a ZIP Code.
Phone Numbers - Requester's home phone, business phone and fax numbers. This information will be automatically displayed if the information exists in the person's contact profile.
Relationship to Child - Enter the requester's relationship to the student. This information will be automatically displayed if the information exists in the person's contact profile.
