Complete a Pregnant/Parenting Teens (PPT) Supplement

PPT provides comprehensive services for students who are fathers or mothers. The program addresses a wide range of areas, including curriculum activity, pregnancy programs, childcare, medical care and No Child Left Behind (NCLB).

 

NOTE: You cannot complete a PPT supplement without first creating an AP. In addition, the Supports tab must identify PPT as a required support.

 

To complete a PPT supplement, do the following:

  1. Under PLAN, expand the appropriate AP and highlight Pregnant/Parenting Teens (PPT).

  2. Select Open PPT Supplement from the Actions menu. The PPT Supplement window will open.

  3. Enter Date of Initial Contact in MMDDYY format. (Tips for entering dates.)

  4. For Teen, indicate whether the student is the Father or Mother. NOTE: Selecting Father will cause some fields to become read-only

  5. Enter appropriate information on the following tabs:

  6. Click Save then Close.
