Using Advanced Search Options

When you select Advanced search options, a separate window opens up with multiple fields that you can use for entering search criteria.

 

  1. After selecting the LiveSearch box, click Advanced.

  2. Enter your search criteria. Any or all fields can be filled in as a way to narrow the search. If you want to search for Inactive Students (those with a Record Status of H, I, P, W, Y, Z, or E), change the Student Status to Inactive. Otherwise, selecting All will display results for Active and Inactive students.

  1. When all search criteria have been entered, click Search.

  2. A list of all students who meet the search criteria will be displayed in the bottom panel of the window. Up to 100 records can be displayed.

  3. Highlight the student you were searching for, then click the OK button to display the Student Profile, or click Close to exit without selecting a student.
