Class Offense Definition

 

Illicit drugs means substances, the possession, distribution, ingestion, manufacture, sale or delivery of which are prohibited under Chapter 329 and Chapter 712, Part IV, Hawaii Revised Statutes, including any controlled substance, drug, intoxicating compound, marijuana, forms of methamphetamine and anabolic steroids, and cocaine forms and derivatives; or other substances which are illegal to possess, use, promote or sell according to any other Hawaii statute or federal law.

 

Elements Checklist

 

  1. Substances.

  2. The possession, distribution, ingestion, manufacture, sale OR delivery of which are prohibited under HRS §329 and §712, Part IV.

  3. Includes any:

    1. Controlled substance.

    2. Drug.

    3. Intoxicating compound.

    4. Marijuana.

    5. Forms of methamphetamine and anabolic steroids, and cocaine forms AND

    6. Derivatives or other substances which are illegal to possess, use promote or sell according to any other Hawaii statute or federal law.

 

To complete this worksheet:

 

  1. Check one or more Drugs listed on the worksheet. If the illicit drug is not listed, check Other  and enter the name of the drug in the Other Drug text box.

  2. For each drug checked in step 1 above, indicate the Intent of how the drug was to be used, indicating whether drug was for use, possession, sale, or the suspect was under the influence of.

  3. Enter additional information or evidence pertinent to the investigation in the Additional Information text box.

  4. Click OK to save and close the worksheet when you are done.
