Class A Offense

Class Offense Definition

Sexual offense or sexual assault means rape, sodomy, sexual abuse, incest, indecent exposure, and such other offenses as defined in Chapter 707, Part V, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Elements Checklist

1. Rape.

2. Sodomy.

3. Sexual abuse.

4. Incest.

5. Indecent exposure AND

6. Other such offense as defined in HRS §707, Part IV.
