Select a Referral

The Referral tab employs Expandable View, which optimizes how you access information in eCSSS. Get general tips on using Expandable View.

To select a referral, do the following:

1. Search for a student.

2. Select the Referral tab.

3. Highlight the appropriate Referral and "expand" it by selecting the + sign. Related documents are displayed according to stages in the Student Support Process. You may continue to work with documents by:

   • Expanding an item by selecting the + sign, located next to some headings (e.g., the DEFINE NEEDS heading).

   • Highlighting a document and selecting an action in the Action menu.
