Medical  

Health information is displayed on the Medical tab of the Student Profile. Information that comes from the Student Information System (SIS) and cannot be modified within eCSSS. However, you may add information into the Health Summary screen.

To add Medical / Health information:  

1. Search for a student.

2. Select the Medical tab (on Page 2 of the Student Profile).

3. Under Specialist Information, click Add.

4. Enter descriptive text into the Reason for Use field. Also, if appropriate, enter Significant Health Conditions in the Reason for Use field and indicate whether the condition is life-threatening.

5. Click Save then Close.
