Create a Procurement Procedures (PP) Supporting Document

A NOTE ABOUT ACCESS: This function is available to authorized users only. In addition, those who have access to this function may not have access to all fields and buttons mentioned in this document. Please contact the person who set up your access rights if you have any questions.

 

  1. Login to eCSSS with appropriate security rights.

  2. Select Service Mgmt from the eCSSS Home screen:

  3. Select the Supporting Documents tab:

  4. Click the Add button.

     

  5. In the Select Document Format window, select Emotional Behavioral Assessment (PP) from the drop-down list:

     

          

     

  6. Enter data into the Emotional Behavioral Assessment (PP) as follows:

    1. Student Name:  Select a Student.

    2. Completed By: Select yourself or an SSC

    3. Complete document specific information on each tab (optional)

    4. Participants tab: Add any participant

                                                                    i.      Click the Add button

                                                                  ii.      Enter participant last name

                                                                iii.      Click the OK button

    5. Check the Completed box

  7. Save the Emotional Behavioral Assessment (PP) document

  8. Close the Emotional Behavioral Assessment (PP) document

 

Check data entered:

The Supporting Document you entered is displayed on the Supporting Documents tab

The document displays “PP” in the Type column

The document displays “Emotional Behavioral Assessment” in the Format column

The document displays the name of your Sample Student in the Student column

The document displays “Completed” in the Status column
