For certain types of Disciplinary Action, it may be necessary to provide substitute educational activities so that the student can complete his or her education in an environment outside of the classroom. When this option is available, a section will be displayed on the Disciplinary Action tab, where this information can be input.
Enter Substitute Educational Activities Provided, which can include Reading Assignments, Written Assignments, Tutoring, Instructional Packet, Outreach Program, or Other.
If other services are provided, a text box will be displayed in which you can define Other Activities.
Enter the Activities Start Date and Activities End Date, and describe any Other Assistance Provided.
If there was other assistance provided, indicate the Other Assistance Start Date and Other Assistance End Date.
