Manifestation Determination Business Rules

Determination Date must be an Actual Conference Date of a conference with an Actual Conference Purpose of Manifestation Determination (MD) – Student Discipline.

Statement 1: "The conduct in question was caused by, or had a direct and substantial relationship to the student's disability."
Statement 2: "The conduct in question was the direct result of the department's failure to implement the IEP/504 Plan."
