NOTE: Before 9/25/2011, schools created Support Packages to record supports that were provided at the school level.
Records created as Support Packages are now available as view-only.
The information on this page is for background only. Note that the functions for creating and editing Support Packages have been disabled. |
When students received non-proficient scores on the Hawaii Statewide Assessment (HSA), schools helped those students by providing them with a combination of Level 1 or 2 supports. These combined supports were presented as a “package,” and schools could document which students have been provisioned with the supports. Documenting a Support Package involved identifying the combination of supports then selecting the students who would receive the supports. This updated each student's Supports tab in the Student Profile. Support Packages were developed and provisioned without the use of referrals, and the school did not need to log provider services.
