View All Performance Input

NOTE: Performance Input is no longer used but may be displayed on older referrals.

To view all Performance Input do the following:

1. Search for a student and select the appropriate Referral.

2. Highlight GATHER DATA. The Actions menu selections will change.

3. Select View All Performance Input from the menu.
   
    

4. The window lists all input by category. Click View to see the author's input from all categories. Input can be edited in this screen.
