Standard Maintenance

Use the Standard Maintenance screen to edit existing standards or add new ones.

1. From the Navigation Menu, select Admin > System Admin.
2. Select the Standard Maintenance tab. A list of the available standards is displayed.
3. Highlight the standard type you wish to modify.
4. Click Edit.

5. You can search for the standard you want to modify using fields on the By Content tab or, if applicable, By Code (HELDS, Common Core only) tab.

6. Standards will display under their respective sections. You can:

• Click Edit to modify an existing standard.

• Click Add Standard to add a new standard to an existing strand.
  
  Please note:

• Active standards are available for users to include in IEP.

• Once a standard is added, it cannot be deleted from the system. Standards that are no longer relevant or added in error can be inactivated.

• To inactivate a standard, find the standard click Edit and uncheck Active.
