Class Offense Definition
Dangerous weapon means a dirk, dagger, butterfly knife, switchblade knife, blackjack, slug shot, billy, metal knuckles, or other instrument whose sole design and purpose is to inflict bodily injury or death.

Slug shot.
Billy.
Metal knuckles OR
Other instrument whose sole design and purpose is to inflict bodily injury or death.
To complete this worksheet:
Check one or more dangerous weapons listed on the worksheet. If the weapon is not listed, check Other Dangerous Weapon and enter the name of the weapon in the Other Weapon text box.
All checked weapons will be listed, and will populate a Primary Weapon pick list. From that list, select the one weapon that was the primary weapon used by the suspect.
Enter additional information or evidence pertinent to the investigation in the Additional Information text box.
Click OK to save and close the worksheet when you are done.
