Edit Service Provider (Admin Only)

If a Service Provider cannot locate students on the Service Log, authorized users can relink the provider to the service. After the relinking is done, the provider's students will appear on the Service Log. The problem of students missing from the Service Log occurs for records copied from ISPED to eCSSS only.

 

  1. Search for a student then select the Referral tab.

  2. Expand the appropriate referral.

  3. Expand PLAN and locate the appropriate plan.

  4. Highlight the service and select Request Service Provider from the Actions menu.

  5. Highlight the Provider Name then click Edit (Admin Only).

  6. For Service Provider, select the correct name (e.g., - reflects current title, location, etc.) then click OK.

  7. Save the Request Service Provider document.

  8. The student will be available on the Service Log. NOTE: This process relinks the service to the selected student only.
