Stage 5: Evaluate Plan

The next stage in the Student Support Process is to Evaluate Plan.

On the plan's end date or sooner, if warranted, the plan’s effectiveness is determined using evidence of student progress. The plan is updated as needed and parents are notified.

• Enter Actual Conference.

• Create ESY Report, if applicable.

• Create Summary of Performance, if applicable.
