Where the Report is Located

 

From the Navigation menu of eCSSS, select Reports, then select the report pictured below:

REMINDER: Click Add Parameter to narrow your results. See Creating a Report for detailed instructions.

 

The DOE information database is refreshed every night at midnight. This includes information that comes off the VAX. Please keep in mind that your report results will reflect information that is current as of the last time the refresh was completed.

 

A Look at the Report

 

 

Report results are based on student records that meet specific criteria, which are detailed in How Student Records are Counted in Reports – Criteria (later in this document).

 

When you read this report, please be aware of the following:

 

·         Reports are based on records from July 1, 2007 and forward only.

 

SDRT 90-DAY TIMELINE – IEPs

·         IEPs Conducted –  This is a count of annual reviews conducted for IEP Annuals or IEP Reeval Annuals. The count reflects the latest Actual Conference Date tied to the current plan. This number represents both draft or active plans.

§         SESAT/SDRT w/in 90 days / Alternative Assessment within 90 days / Exempt – This information is taken from the PLEP tab of the current plan.

 

RELATED REPORTS – Results from this report should match results Reading Assessment Data (Monthly) report.

 

How Student Records are Counted in Reports – Criteria

All records must meet specific criteria to be counted in the reports. If student records are missing in your reports, please review the criteria below and correct your records, if appropriate.

 

1) DEMOGRAPHICS

Go to Student Profile. The following criteria must be met relating to Demographics:

·         Grade must not be 92, 93 or 94.

 

NOTE ABOUT CORRECTIONS: Corrections to the Demographics tab cannot be made in eCSSS. Please contact your school Registrar or registration clerk.

 

2) IEP

The following criteria must be met relating to IEPs:

 

NOTE: Either Draft or Active plans can be included in the count, as long as the plans fit within the above criteria. Only the most current plan is included in the report.
