The IEP Progress Reports tab on the Home page allows authorized users to quickly create IEP Progress Reports for one or multiple students. After doing so, the reports appear on each Student Team List members' Home > IEP Progress Reports tab, where they can contribute to the reports.
To create an IEP Progress Report:
From the Home page, select the IEP Progress Reports tab.
Click Open Progress Report Creator.
You will see a list of students. The students are on this list because:
The student is currently IDEA service eligible.
The student has an active IEP.
The student has an active IEP Progress Report Period record in their active IEP. If a previous report does not have Provided to Parent Date (i.e., if it is still open), it will not appear in this list.
You are on the student’s team
You have IEP Progress Report Edit functional right to the student
Check all students for whom you want to create a new IEP Progress Report.
Click Save. The system will assign the next Report Period and display the IEP Progress Report on the IEP Progress Report tabs of all team members. NOTE: Once you enter a Provided to Parent Date, the report is considered complete and final, and it will be removed from the IEP Progress Report tab of the Student Team.
NOTE: This function is part of the IEP Progress Report tab on the Home page. You can also create individual IEP Progress Reports within the context of the student's Referral.
