Where the Report is Located
From the Navigation menu of eCSSS, select Reports, then select the report pictured below:
REMINDER: Click Add Parameter to narrow your results. See Creating a Report for detailed instructions.
The DOE information database is refreshed every night at midnight. This includes information that comes off the VAX. Please keep in mind that your report results will reflect information that is current as of the last time the refresh was completed.
A Look at the Report
Report results are based on student records that meet specific criteria, which are detailed in How Student Records are Counted in Reports – Criteria (later in this document).
When you read this report, please be aware of the following:
· # of 504 Eligible Students – Students whose records meet basic data criteria for eligibility. See next page for details.
· # with a 504 Plan –– This number represents all 504 Plan-eligible students with 504 Plans. 504 Plans are counted regardless of 504 Plan status (i.e., - they can be draft or active).
· # without a 504 Plan –– This number represents all 504-eligible students without 504 Plans.
· # of current 504 Plans (504 Plan mtg date within 1 yr of Report Date) – This number represents only 504 Plans that have a 504 Plan Conference Date that is within one year of today’s date. As such, this number can include plans that have not been activated.
· % of current 504 Plans – Percentage of 504 Plans that are current.
· # of overdue 504 Plans (504 Plan mtg date more than 1 yr before Report Date) – This number represents only 504 Plans that have a 504 Plan Conference Date that is beyond one year of today’s date.
· # activated – This is the number of current 504 Plans that are activated.
· % activated – This is the percentage of current 504 Plans that are activated.
· # not activated – This is the number of current 504 Plans that are not activated.
· # with no current 504 Plan – This is the number of 504-eligible students with no current 504 Plan.
· % with no current 504 Plan – This is the percentage of 504-eligible students with no current 504 Plan.
RELATED REPORTS – Results from this report should match results in Benchmark IEP/504 Plan Data Monthly report.
All records must meet specific criteria to be counted in the reports. If student records are missing in your reports, please review the criteria below and correct your records, if appropriate.
