View Assessment Report Summary

The Assessment Report Summary shows information the assessor enters in the Summary tab of the Assessment Report screen. It does not include other information, such as Test/Scores, Behaviors, Interpretations, Implication for Learning and assessment session data.

To view the Assessment Report Summary, do the following:

1. Search for a student and select the appropriate Referral.

2. Expand DEFINE NEEDS by selecting the + sign.

3. Under Evaluation Type, highlight the appropriate document (Initial or Reevaluation). The Actions menu will change.

4. Select Open Assessment Summary from the menu.

5. A new Assessment Summary window will open. The Assessment Summary provides a summary view of all assessments that have been created for the selected referral, sorted by category. Each summary shows the following:

   • Name of the Assessor

   • Date of the assessment

   • A text Summary from the last page of the assessment.

   • A View button. Clicking View opens the detailed Assessment Report.
