In February 2010, eCSSS Incidents screens were updated to meet new Ch. 19 requirements. These changes were updated in the 1.12.0 release of eCSSS. Please note:
Records before 1.12.0 - To preserve records entered before this update, the previous version of the forms are being maintained in eCSSS. When you open an older record, it displays in the old form, and you will be able to edit the record as necessary.
Records after 1.12.0 - When you add a new record (i.e., add a record after the 1.12.0 release), you will be presented with the updated Ch. 19 forms.
Documents in the Help folder, Incident Log > Previous Version - Incidents, are references for forms that were changed significantly in the 1.12.0 release of eCSSS. Help documents for screens that remained the same or were changed minimally are located in the standard Help folder for incidents, Incident Log.
For general background about Incidents, see About Incidents.
