When an incident occurs at school, the school logs the details in the Incident Suspect screen. Details include offenses, witnesses, victims and suspects. Suspects are logged and tracked the following ways:
Naming suspects - Suspects are named on the Suspects tab of the Incident screen. Naming suspects is part of logging an incident.
Following up on suspects - Once an incident is logged, follow-up information about individual student suspects are recorded in a separate Suspect form. This form is used to document a more in-depth work-up on the suspect, including tracking disciplinary actions. This form can be accessed two ways:
School Profile > Incidents tab
Student Profile > Incidents tab
