The System Administration page allows authorized users to manage functions of the eCSSS system. Help documents about System Administration contain a comprehensive description of all available functions.
NOTE ABOUT ACCESS: Not all functions described will be available for all System Administration users. Users are limited to functions that allow them to accomplish their role-based tasks

Student Maintenance
|
Open Deletion Log - Provides audit trail tracking and reporting for records that have been deleted.
Merge Student - Merges two student records into one. For example, use the function when a student is registered under two separate student IDs.
Delete Student - Deletes student record from eCSSS.
Open Deletion Log - Provides audit trail tracking and reporting for records that have been deleted.
Open Conference Utility - Allows users to move a conference and all child records from one Referral to another.
Delete Conference - Deletes conference record.
Open IEP Utility - Allows users to move an IEP and all of its associated records from one Referral to another.
Delete IEP - Deletes IEP record.
Activate IEP Cycle - Force-activates an IEP Cycle.
Re-order Progress Reports - Re-orders report periods.
New IEP Progress Reports - Creates missing report period.
Delete IEP Progress Reports - Deletes progress report period.
Open 504 Plan Utility - Allows users to move a 504 Plan and all of its associated records from one Referral to another.
Activate 504 Plan - Force-activates a 504 Plan.
Delete 504 Plan - Deletes 504 Plan record.

School Maintenance

School Maintenance - Edit records for any one of the following record types: District, Complex Area, Complex or School.

Table Maintenance |
Assessment Types - Defines assessment types in the Assessment Report screen.
Test Accessibility Options - The Test Accessibility Options Table identifies the available test accessibility options such as Universal Tools, Designated Supports, and Accommodations for Statewide Assessments.
Offense Types - Defines Offense Types that are used in the Incident Report to populate the Offenses modal window.
Support Types - Identifies the array of supports that a student can receive.
Contact Relationships - Identifies the possible relationships that an individual can have with a student.
Service Visit Contacts - Lists the types of contact methods recorded in the Service Log.
504/IEP Programs - Consists of three tables used to define selections for Program Support Location, Program Support Level, and Program Family Guidance Center.
HSA Accommodations - Defines the accommodations available on the Statewide Assessment tabs in both the 504 Plan and IEP.
Private Programs - Defines non-DOE transportation service locations in the Transportation screen.
ESY Transportation Schools/Private Programs - Consists of two tables used to define selections for DOE and non-DOE ESY service locations used in the Transportation screen.
ELD Curriculum - Defines the ELD curricula list in the ELD Curriculum Setup screen in the School Profile.
System Settings - Lets the user define which page will be displayed when users log out of eCSSS, along with the name, phone number and e-mail address of the State's Chapter 19 administrator.
