Class C Offense

 

Class Offense Definition

 

Class Cutting means an unauthorized absence of a student from class.

 

Elements Checklist

 

  1. Unauthorized absence

  2. Of a student AND

  3. From class.

 

To complete this worksheet:

 

  1. Select Yes or No to indicate whether or not the student has a temporary or permanent pass.

  2. Select Yes or No to indicate whether or not the student has excusal documentation.

  3. Enter the name of the class the student was absent from.

  4. Select the period during which the student was first reported missing, and the last period the student was reported missing in the From Period and To Period fields. Alternatively, enter the beginning time and end time of the student's absence from class in the From Time and To Time fields.

  5. Enter additional information or evidence pertinent to the investigation in the Additional Information text box.

  6. Click OK to save and close the worksheet when you are done.
