Class Offense Definition

Insubordination means willful or intentional disregard or refusal to obey an order which a teacher, officer or other employee of the department is entitled to give and have obeyed.

Elements Checklist

1. Willful OR intentional disregard OR refusal to obey an order, AND

2. Which a teacher, officer or other employee of the department is entitled to give and have obeyed.

To complete the Insubordination worksheet:

1. Check Investigation documentation on file.  

2. Enter any additional comments in the text field at the bottom of the worksheet.

3. Click OK to save and close the worksheet when you are done.
