Class C Offense

Class Offense Definition

Truancy means that the student is absent from the school campus without authorization from the principal or designee.

Elements Checklist

1. Student is absent from the school campus. AND

2. WITHOUT authorization from the principal or designee.

To complete this worksheet:

1. Select Yes or No to indicate whether the student has a temporary or permanent student pass.

2. Enter additional information or evidence pertinent to the investigation in the Additional Information text box.

3. Click OK to save and close the worksheet when you are done.
