Request Concern Input

The following instructions is part of a larger process for logging and addressing student concerns, as defined by the Continuum of Proactive Student Supports (CPSS) for Early Intervention and Prevention. For background, please see Using the Concerns Tab.

 

If you want others to submit a Concern Input, do the following:

 

  1. Search for a student
  2. Select the Concerns tab.
  3. Select New Request for Input from the Actions menu.
  4. Use LiveSearch to choose the Concern Input Author (i.e., the person to whom you are making the request).
  5. Enter the Due Date in MMDDYY format. (Tips for entering dates.)
  6. Use the Import button to select the person making the request (defaults to the user who is logged in).
  7. Use the Comments field to describe what the author should include in the Concern Input.
  8. Click Save & Next to send a request to someone else. Otherwise, click Save.
  9. After doing so, the E-mail button can be clicked to send the request via e-mail.
  10. Click Close when you are done.
