Attachments

Use the Attachments tab to attach files that serve as supporting documentation for the incident.

 

  1. Search for a student then select the Incidents tab.

  2. Highlight the incident, then click Open Suspect Form.

  3. Select the Att tab.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Click Browse.

  6. Locate the file you wish to attach then click OK.

  7. The attachment is now displayed in the Attachments list box. Note that if you highlight the attachment in the list, the Open button is not available. This is because the Suspect form must be saved first.

  8. When you are done, click Save then Close.
