Disciplinary Review - Previous Version

NOTE: This page is a reference for Incidents screens available before the 1.12.0 release.  (Background on screen versions.) 

This tab is located within the Discipline tab of Suspect Form. If a Serious Disciplinary Action is added, it is subject to CAS Disciplinary Review. This tab is used to note this information.

1. Indicate whether the Disciplinary Review is for a disciplinary action that received CAS Affirmed, CAS Reduced, CAS Overturned, Superintendent Affirmed, Superintendent Reduced or Superintendent Overturned.

2. Enter the CAS Review Date.

3. Enter the District Mailed Form 19-C Date.

4. Enter an explanation in the Disciplinary Review Explanation field.

5. Click OK. You are returned to the Discipline tab.

Proceed to enter information on the appropriate tab:

• Suspect Incident

• Suspect Offenses

• Suspect Police

• Suspect Discipline

• Manifestation Determination

• Suspect CRAFT

• Suspect Appeal

• Suspect Superintendent Review

• Suspect Expedited Due Process
