The Investigation tab contains free text fields to record allegations, evidence, investigation findings and reasons for discipline.
To record Investigation information:
Search for a student then select the Incidents tab.
Highlight the incident, then click Open Suspect Form.
From the Suspect Form, select the Investigation tab.
Use following free-text fields to enter relevant information about the investigation:
Allegation(s) of Incident
Allegation(s) that were Substantiated
Witness Summary / Other Evidence
Summary of Investigation Findings
Reasons for Disciplinary Action Determination
When you are done entering your information, click Save then Close.
Proceed to enter information on the appropriate tab:
Investigation (NOTE: Displays for Incidents logged after 6/8/2011)
