Suspect Expedited Due Process - Previous Version

NOTE: This page is a reference for Incidents screens available before the 1.12.0 release.  (Background on screen versions.) 

The Expedited Due Process tab on the Suspect Form is used to document requests for due process.

1. From the Suspect Form, select the Expedited Due Process tab.

2. Enter the following:

   • Expedited Due Process Request Date - Enter the date that an expedited due process was requested.

   • Expedited Due Process Reason - Enter the reason that an expedited due process was requested. This is a free-form text field.

Proceed to enter information on the appropriate tab:

• Suspect Incident

• Suspect Offenses

• Suspect Police

• Suspect Discipline

• Manifestation Determination

• Suspect CRAFT

• Suspect Appeal

• Suspect Superintendent Review

• Suspect Expedited Due Process
