This tab displays disciplinary incidents logged in Safe School Information System (SSIS).
To view discipline information, do the following:
After the AP is initiated, select the Discipline tab. The information on this page is read-only and cannot be edited.
Proceed as appropriate to other areas of the AP:
Discipline
Printing the AP Summary: To print, click Print Form. This button is displayed only after you click Save. Printout includes current year's supports only.
Requesting Services: When the AP is complete and after you have added services to the AP, send requests for service to providers.
New AP Review: If you need to create a new AP, you may be able to simplify the process through the New AP Review.
