Highlight PLAN.
The Actions menu will display
New AP Review only if an active AP exists.
Select New AP Review from the Actions menu and proceed to the appropriate tab:
NOTE ABOUT ACTION PLAN: Before 9/18/2011, schools created an Action Plan for students who were not suspected of having a disability but needed supports and services. This plan is no longer being used by the DOE, but APs are being retained on student records.

A New AP Review is a copy of an existing active AP. This type of AP can be used if you want to start a new AP that is based on an existing active AP.
To create a New AP Review, do the following:
