When reports are run in real time, you have the option to archive the report. In addition, the Archive tab is where you retrieve scheduled reports.
The Archive tab lets you search for archived reports using a number of filters. You can search by:
Type - Report or Group. If you select Reports, you also have the option of including Groups.
Optional filters include:
Date range - The start and/or end date of when the report was run
Status - You can filter to show only archived reports that have been viewed, or that have not been viewed, or select all reports regardless of status
User - The user filter lets you enter a username to display only reports run or scheduled by that user.
Comment - You can filter reports to only show those that contain a certain keyword in the Comment field from the report's Parameters.
Category - You can search for only those reports in a certain category, e.g. "eCSSS" reports or "ISPED" reports.
Report - You can search for a particular report by name.
Once filters have been specified, click on the Search button to view all archived reports that match the criteria.
Individual reports can be viewed. Once you view a report, it is assigned with a Viewed flag. You may set the flag to Unviewed, which is similar to marking an e-mail as Unread.
You can also Delete archived reports.
